Automatic Solar Switch is a switch which can control switching according to voltage applied , during day it act as a OFF and ON after evening. It is basically a CMOS inverter. When there is high voltage it gives LOW potential at Output and after evening as voltage as voltage approaches zero it gives HIGH potential at Output.
DESIGNING CIRCUIT
In above schematic a trasistor switch is cascaded with the CMOS inverter, which was not exactly necessary. I have just added it only for experimental purpose.Other main component used here is Zener diode for voltage regulation to get required Voltage at the GATE of MOSFET.
